A Public Hearing for a Class 4 Road was held on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at 55 Michaud Road East Hardwick, Vermont for Mr. & Mrs. Gary Dimick property owners.

3:05P.M. Meeting called the Public Hearing to order.

TM showed those present what they were being asked to do by referring to a survey of the road prepared by Wayne Matrix.

Gary Dimick showed everyone the corner markers of his property as a point of reference.

Marcus asked for comments or questions.

Richard asked if the layout included the bridge and Mr. Dimick said not it does not.

There being no more questions or comments, Marcus recessed the meeting at 3:15P.M. To be continued at 6:15P.M. this evening at the 3rd floor of the Memorial Building to hear any testimony.
