obtained at the Town Clerk's Office or
from the Zoning Administrator

Any legal and/or Professional fees
incurred by the Town of Hardwick will be
billed to the applicant and shall be
collected prior to permit issuance.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment may
hire a consultant to conduct an
independent technical review at the
applicant's expense after notifying the
applicant of expected reasonable cost.

*If permit application is not approved the
$8.00 fee will be returned.

**All Fees double if application is
filed after development/construction
has begun.
